Walk Training 1:1

Personal One-On-One Programs

Having worked with thousands of patients over the past 40+ years has allowed me to develop a simple, informative and effective walking program that anyone can implement. This one-on-one 3 part program will ensure proper walking technique and efficiency while minimizing the risk of injury. This program consist of three 45 minute Zoom video sessions.

These video sessions will be with either Dr. Brisby, or one of his qualified Walking Trainers.

At the conclusion of your 3 individualized sessions I am confident you will understand the following;

  • The mechanics of walking.
  • The benefits of walking.
  • Proper shoe choice.
  • Injury risk.
  • When and where to walk.
  • How walking can only be a positive addition to your life.

The price for this One-On-One Perfected Walking Program is only $299 for (3) 45 Minute Sessions. All prescribed exercises will be followed with emailed videos so you can practice anytime!

how the sessions work

session one

In our first session, we will go over your health history, age, past injuries, fears and expectations. Dr. Brisby will personally review all pertinent medical histories. Discussion will include: proper shoes, when and where to walk and common injuries as you begin your walking program. If time allows a video assessment of your walking gait will allow for introductory exercise to be given.

session two

Review all week one exercises, answer questions and address concerns. Assessment of your current walking gait. Progress and/or regress from week one exercises. Possibly add minimal exercise equipment (purchased separately) to enhance exercises. Video review and assessment of walking gait and demonstration of exercises. Videos of all exercises prescribed will follow this Zoom call.

session three

Review all week two exercises, address questions and concerns. Review session 1 & session 2 exercises. Add final exercises with videos for this session. Discuss your goals for the next 6 and 12 months.
